CrossFit Classes in Norwich
GAIN Fitness Norwich is the home of CrossFit GAIN. Our timetable boasts over 40 CrossFit classes each week, with each class professionally programmed and delivered by a highly experienced and qualified CrossFit coach.
Our community of members is vasty varied and every class we run has a mixed level of fitness abilities. Our coaches are confident and professional and will adapt workouts to suit the individual, whether this is because of an injury, restriction or fitness level.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit, in a nutshell, is a high-intensity fitness programme which combines aspects from several sports including cardio, weightlifting & gymnastics. The workouts are always constantly varied ensuring your body is being challenged in different ways every time you train.
Is CrossFit for me?
We honestly believe that CrossFit is for everybody, regardless of age & fitness levels. Workouts can be modified by our qualified coaches for any person to help them become a healthier, fitter and stronger version of themselves.
Do I need to be fit to try CrossFit?
No. CrossFit has been created so you can become fitter. It really doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is, CrossFit will help you achieve your goals.
Do you offer a beginners class?
All of our sessions can be adapted and scaled to suit the individual so our classes include a very mixed fitness level of people. We do offer a foundations session for new members which covers the basics of olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and the foundations of CrossFit.
