CrossFit Kids Classes in Norwich

GAIN Kids is a fitness programme offering CrossFit and Gymnastics, we focus on the many disciplines of fitness and no two sessions are the same!

We believe it is important to introduce superior motor patterns from a young age that will stand the test of time as they grow into young adults, our programme is suitable from ages 4 to 15 years with a natural progression available to the Adult sessions available on site.

Learning to move and perform well has many benefits that will crossover for them outside of the gym environment such as:

  • learning about their body and how they move

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and Nutrition coach.

Matt has been involved in CrossFit for over 2 years and seen the positive impact that it can have on any individual.

A Dad of two with a love for helping Children to become a healthier, fitter version of themselves.

JOSH MARLOW - BARBELL COACH

Josh Marlow BSc, MSc – Teen’s Weightlifting Coach

Josh has always had a passion for sport and exercise playing a variety of sports throughout his life. He holds a BSc and MSc degree in strength & conditioning science along with qualifications pertaining to Olympic weightlifting and exercise.

Josh’s main role is as a strength and conditioning coach at Langley School but also leads athletic development for the Norfolk Academy Netball programme. More recently, Josh has provided strength and conditioning support for cyclists, team sport players and the general public.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing basketball and rugby along with catching up with friends over coffee.
