This class will look at breaking down the gymnastic movements that are used in a WOD, allowing you to work on progressions outside of the pressure of a workout. Including handstand push ups, handstand walks, ring and bar muscle ups, pull ups etc. It will also work predominately on core strength which will help you in all other movements.
