CrossFit, in a nutshell, is a high-intensity fitness programme which combines aspects from several sports including cardio, weightlifting & gymnastics. The workouts are always constantly varied ensuring your body is being challenged in different ways every time you train.
Is CrossFit for me?
We honestly believe that CrossFit is for everybody, regardless of age & fitness levels. Workouts can be modified by our qualified coaches for any person to help them become a healthier, fitter and stronger version of themselves.
Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?
No. CrossFit has been created so you can become fitter. It really doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is, CrossFit will help you achieve your goals.
