What brought you to Gain Fitness?
I really wanted practical fitness to be able to keep up with my two sons. I’d always had an eye on CrossFit and heard good things about you guys at Gain, I gave it a go and really love my hour a day with you!
What do you enjoy the most about Gain Fitness?
Genuinely everything! It’s such a well balanced place to come, great coaches and members, it has a great vibe.
What is your favourite movement?
Deadlift or Burpee.
What is your least favourite movement?
Barbell Lunge, I’m all over the place with that one at the moment!
What is your biggest achievement so far?
Being member of the month, I’m really pleased with that one!
What are your future goals?
Improve on the lifting, I’m setting myself some goals to attend some of the lift sessions after my holiday next month. I’d like to be hitting the RX on the workouts in 12 months.
What advice would you give a newbie?
Don’t be afraid to try anything, be realistic, and listen to your body & the coaches, they know stuff!!!

I love to do a couple of OCR’s a year with my brothers. A great way to spend a day!
