Jack has always had an interest in fitness; he played rugby at county level and joined the Royal Air Force in 2014. During his time in the RAF, Jack sought a new fitness challenge, which led him to CrossFit in 2016. He has since taken part in multiple competitions and describes himself as being ‘hooked’. His favourite aspects of training are conditioning and any movements using the barbell.
Jack’s passion for CrossFit inspired him to complete his Level 1 in January 2019, where he found a new love in coaching, helping others improve their skills and technique.
His main motivation for staying fit and healthy is his three boys, and giving them a run for their money!
